Heaven’s Hands Nanny Research Agency, LLC is a company designed to take all the legwork out of the nanny research process for you. We have an extensive database of nannies that we have carefully screened. We want to present the highest caliber of candidates to you and go through lengthy procedures to give you a precise match tailored for your needs. You will receive background profiles on candidates that are best suited for your situation based on the information that you provide us. In the profile on the nanny you hire you will receive:

  • Nanny Referral Application
  • Criminal background check release form
  • Criminal background check results
  • State Child Abuse/sex Offender release form, if applicable
  • State Child Abuse/sex Offender check results, if applicable
  • Driving record release form and result
  • Three work reference checks conducted by the Agency
  • Three personal reference checks conducted by the Agency
  • Copies of Social security card, Driver’s License, and any other forms of identification i.e. Navy ID, College ID
  • Social Security Number Verification
  • Copies of credentials i.e. degree, diploma, letters of recommendation, certificates of completion, CPR/First Aid
  • Copy of Car Insurance and Verification by Agency

Now, you see, we can’t be more thorough than that! There is also a three-month guarantee: Should your nanny (located through this Agency) leave within 90 days of her initial employment, you will automatically have full access to our services, FREE-OF-CHARGE!! Basically, your job is to bypass all the work and get right down to the interviewing so that you can find someone to become a part of your family right from the start! The total cost is $600 for the referral of full-time and part-time nanny candidates. We also provide temporary and summer nannies at a variety of rates. Please be advised that Heaven’s Hands Nanny Research Agency, LLC will put together an entire profile for you on a nanny that you have located on your own for $150.00. Heaven’s Hands Nanny Research Agency, LLC has several optional services above and beyond the normal checks that we may add to your nanny’s profile (credit checks, state criminal checks, etc.). Heaven’s Hands Nanny Research Agency, LLC believes that children deserve the best that we can give them. We must, as parents, protect them in any way possible.
