What does light housekeeping mean?
Light housekeeping is doing anything associated with the children i.e. the children’s laundry, maintaining the children’s room, the playroom, changing their sheets, loading and unloading the dishwasher, or any other light tasks related to the children.
Does the salary range go up for housekeeping?
Being a nanny includes light housekeeping only. Our candidates have spent a lot of time, money and effort building their credentials in childcare and prefer to focus on the children. Light housekeeping does not increase the salary of a nanny.
